Spring Butterfly

It’s Spring Time Show N Tell today at preschool so L chose a dress with Butterflies on it!

This one of a kind dress was designed by L herself and her Grandmother.   Together they picked out the material at JoAnn’s Fabric.  L loved the butterflies, and the rainbow gathered fabric.  She asked for sleeves that looked like butterfly wings, and Grandma put this little number together.   The end product, we’ll all agree is perfection!

L then went through her ENTIRE shoe collection, trying on three pairs before deciding on the black ballet flats again.  She added a chunky rainbow bracelet and green beaded necklace that a classmate gave her.

Lastly she requested a pony tail with chunks left down around her face.  I pulled it all back reminding her that it will all fall into her face in 5 minutes anyways … as goes the baby hair
